The show was pretty good but I didn't really like the ending. Also, there's not enough chemistry between main leads. And this couple doesn't look the best together. He looks like a young boy while she looks much much older than him. I don't know if it's the makeup or hair but she looks so much older than her real age in real life. But the story itself was good, especially for a 10 minute episodes.

Masterfully directed drama so far!!! It's not a typical shallow toxic relationship drama. There is so much hidden meaning in this drama, so many deep conversations, so much emotional depth, so much trauma from the past shown in a simple but beautiful way. There is so much complexity yet no confusion!! I didn't have high expectations for this drama, but it turned out to be damn good. I am invested in every episode

it is a lie but is it really? i think Fan Xiao says it's a lie and he wants to believe that it's a lie but deep down he is truly in love with Shulang. I think he just didn't allow himself to discover it yet or maybe is in denial. He thinks he is playing/toying with Shulang but sooner than later he will realize that Shulang became his entire world.

I absolutely love your comment and you have a great point. The truth is that there could have been so many different endings of this show.... definitely better ending than what we got. Did I still enjoy the show?, absolutely! did the last episode make me cry?, absolutely! but you are totally right with everything you said. On the other hand maybe it's so easy for us viewers to judge it/complain/come up with different finale because we are just sitting and watching. it I don't know. Maybe it would be harder if we were the ones creating the show. However, is perfect finale possible?, hell yes. There is plenty of shows with an amazing ending. The ending here wasn't bad, but I just found it to be too easy with many plot holes and not enough meaning.

i don't think he is planning to leave. he just wants to end all that mess by himself without putting Than and his family in danger. The marriage might mean two things: 1: he really wants to be with him forever if he survives, and that's his way of showing Than how much he loves him and how genuine he is . or 2: like some people mentioned it's possible that just in case if he doesn't survive then all of his money will be Thans which will make his life financially better. I really don't blame Pheem for trying to solve all the problems without Thans help.

I am really enjoying this so far. Yes, episode 1 was a little bit of a mess but I am glad I watched ep. 2. This drama is going to be a toxic mess but I am totally here for it. Let's hope next episodes will be good.

damn, this drama was so good. I never thought that a vertical drama can be this awesome since usually they are just ok. But this one was really great. I am just surprised how good the story was. It wasn't choppy, all over the place with bunch of plot holes. It was solid, smooth story that made sense. Chemistry was really good, acting was wonderful. It's a first vertical drama that actually made me cry.

so actually I do agree with some of the stuff you said. I totally think that Pheem doesn't want to run the hospital, it's just a part of his revenge plan. I also think he will destroy his father. I am pretty sure Than was not killed by Pheem and it's just part of the plan by Pheem. The only thing I am not sure is if Than and Pheen are in it together and planning/faking it together or if only Pheem planned it and just didn't tell Than yet and he will explain it to him at the end. Also I am sure Pheem will help Than to clear his name so he can become a cop again.

I 100% agree with you. There was not a single episode that was meh. Every one of them was truly awesome . I don't remember when I watched a drama last time that kept me so engaged to the point that I was genuinely looking forward to every next episode. Their chemistry was so simply beautiful.
