What a yawnfest.

Yes! There's a ton of them. And the people who I follow are for Oppa-ya too. It's funny because they think that the rest of the fandom think that they're not going to end up together, but I feel like there's definitely more of them. A heavy amount as well! I just finished episode 5 and I can't wait for the 6th one, but unfortunately I wont be able to watch it until tomorrow!

I'm on episode 5 now & I FEEL THE SAME WAY! I'm on Chil-bong's boat as well, haha...but I try to keep it in. I know so many people who are for Oppa-ya! though lol. XD

I'm hooked, completely! And I agree! It's killing me too... haha, especially, not only is it airing, but there's such a huge overarching mystery as to who exactly her husband is! lol. I've forgotten how painful it was speculating!

Hey! I just wanted to get back to you after I finally got around to watching a bit more of R1994. It is, as you said, really good. I love all the characters & the actors/actresses portray them well!

You're fine, don't worry about it, haha :D And it's not a care-free drama per se, imo, but if you look at it that way it's so much more entertaining. Like, the series takes itself waaay too seriously, but you shouldn't because if you do your eyes might just roll to the back of your head haha XDD Enjoy it, though!! <3

In terms of the set-up, oh yeah definitely very BoF-like! And it doesn't help that LMH is casted as the tragic main hero (again). The writer for this series tends to create situations that forces her characters to enter into a bunch of ridiculous issues. In short, she's just a hot mess of a writer, IMO (if you've seen A Gentleman's Dignity and Secret Garden, it's the same flow). I'm not expecting this series to be super great, but it's keeping me entertained when I /do/ watch it. The characters are ridiculous, the set-up is messy, but it's so funny to watch. I just don't take it seriously (no matter how much they want you to) :D

i haven't seen 5+6 but so far even though the main two do not really do much for me, i find myself liking the bg characters a lot! in fact, if i were to stay with this drama it'll probably be because of them. the main couple isn't anything i'm particularly obsessed with, but i like the dynamic they have with the rest of the other characters, so it's watchable :)
