If no surgery details, then I'll give Monster a try once I finish at least one anime series on my list. Sounds like something I'll enjoy :) Especially now that most of the things I watch are - because of the stalking - mostly romantic. Bleh. :P
Free has really beautiful animation, so the better version you have, the more pleasure from watching :) I also tried Amnesia, but currently on hold - the female lead irritated me soooo much, but I'm still curious so I might come back to it.

RM is great, sometimes I laugh so hard that I think when I'm finished with all the episodes now available I'll have "chocolate abs" without any additional exercise ;) But it's addictive and takes a lot of time - especially when you're like me and want to know the guests better by watching something they took part in. And let me tell you, there are a lot of actors coming as guests XD And yes, watching it from the very beginning is a good idea.

I came across Monster somewhere, but isn't it the one about a brain surgeon? Are there lots of disgusting details? I need my sleep at night :) Anime-wise I'm currently watching Free, it's really fun.

I'm currently stalking Lee Kyu Han, and (masochistically) watching whatever he appeared in ;), no fireworks in general but the man makes me laugh.
For some time now I've been trying to catch up with Running Man, but I'm still 90 eps behind...

I was encouraged by so many good reviews, but honestly - it was terrible, especially the main couple. Childish, unreasonable and no chemistry. I finished watching it for two reasons - I liked a few supporting characters and I really wanted to see some reason in all of it. Well, I didn't. I liked the idea of this drama, the setting that gave glimpses into the "behind the scenes" of drama-making, but I guess there was something wrong with the script, and parts of it seemed too rushed.

I'm surprised by the comments - I thought it was great, and no, I did not watch it for Kim Bum ;) Was it really that weird and confusing? I was sure it would get great reviews.

It was amazing. Brilliant cast, great screenplay and directing, absolutely delicious suspense... A bit slow at first, but it kept getting better and better. Totally underappreciated.

I especially recommend the third story, it was really good.

The movie was okay, but the ending made it worth watching... it was great. Couldn't stop laughing XD

Loved Maya Miki's performance. The beginning was really funny, I wish they kept the whole show that way, I somehow couldn't get what their problems were about. Still, it was worth watching.

It's not THAT long, but still longer than mine... I've been purging mine for some time, I hate long "to do" lists, they make me want to run and never look back. So I've decided to take out something out of my PTW list for every two new titles I complete - so far... not so good :) I have attention span of a mosquito with ADHD, and it seems like every day, or even every hour I find something new and then there's just "Oooooo... shiny!!!" and I'm off to play with a new toy. My "currently watching" list is muuuuuch longer, I just don't bother adding everything... It's 30+ items ATM.

I see you didn't enjoy "the intimate lover", was it anything in particular or just the whole of it?

I'll get to Orange Days for sure, but my PTW list will soon develop a life of its own and start to live under my bed to terrorize me. :3 although it's shorter than yours, so I guess I still have some leeway...

That's true, I've seen a lot :) Now I have trouble adding all the titles to my anime list, I simply forgot most of them...

It probably won't get subbed, it is listed as a possible project on 2 or 3 sites, but that's all.

I picked up Japanese watching anime (over 25 years!!) so if I actually put in some effort at some point, I would be fluent. I learn languages as a hobby, it relaxes me :3 but I wish I had the time to learn other stuff. No, watching less movies is not an option :)

The drama is from 2001, http://mydramalist.com/chinese-drama/5880/wrong-carriage-right-groom somebody asked about it on MDL forum, I checked it, saw some photos and decided to try it. And when I couldn't find it... urgh... the obsession started. The funniest thing is, it doesn't really sound like my kind of a story, if it was easily available I would either enjoy it, but no fireworks, or simply drop it. Now, however... it's driving me crazy... :)

Actually, I haven't thought much about which one to choose :) But when I think about it more realistically, I should work on my Japanese, as I understand a lot when it's spoken, but have almost no speaking skills and even less when it comes to reading... For the time being I guess I'll just order the dvds and either watch it in original version, or hope somebody will sub it soon-ish. Or probably both :3
