I'm always love this kind of healing dramas, I means the writer know exactly how theses kind of things exist and how it works in reality. They have the best script like words of affirmation, motivation and encouragement plus with the genuinely acting from the actors, it makes the drama very meaningful and learnable. In some cases we might get to know how to help yourself and others about the common mental health problem ex: "panic disorder" and others mental illness. Even though most mental illnesses cannot be cured, but it allows us to know how to adjust in our daily life and social environment. LAST BUT NOT LEAST DON'T FORGET TO TAKE CARE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, ALWAYS LOVE YOURSELF.

in the intro scene: ning'er, xie wei, yan family and other officers worship and welcome shen zhiyi back to capital and called her "your majesty" not "your highness" I think it's a big spoiler for her being the next emperor. the glimpse of this scene really bother me, idk what will happens to shen jie but I don't want him to die, he and xuehui can make a cute couple.
