congrats to cravity!!!! i think they deserved the win! they are so talented and their performances were so creative. even as taemin said, they really are like a team. their teamwork shows a lot throughout all their performances. it never felt like the ace was overshadowing the other members, all members had their time to shine but you were still able to tell who the ace was. even when they are one of the older groups in the show, they didn't use their seniority as an excuse to slack off. they gave it their all and worked hard for their win.
it's fine if you don't agree and are upset but don't be one of THOSE fans that cry about their faves not winning and then hate on cravity for winning. like cravity literally did nothing wrong. it's embarrassing for you and you're gonna give your fandom and your faves a bad look. just because you wanted your faves to win doesn't mean cravity didn't deserve their win. all groups worked hard and gave it their all. go be mad at mnet and leave cravity alone. it's crazy how the international fans are being more toxic than the knetz rn on the other platforms.
i'm proud of all the groups because being in a competition is stressful and hard and mnet made this one even harder with the ace concept and having eliminations. but they all did amazing and i hope they're proud of themselves and i hope everyone gets more recognition.
As a cravity fan, i truly think that they deserved all the other wins they got and i think they deserved the first place they got for overall team ranking in today's episode. but i feel like another group should've gotten first place in the team ranking for the 3rd round. cravity's overdose performance was amazing but it wasn't as creative or extravagant as their other performances and it should've gotten second or third place. like im happy that they got first place and are able to gain more points, but its obvious that mnet's bias for cravity played some role into their win for the 2nd part of the 3rd round and that's not fair to both cravity (it undermines their other wins) and the other groups (they should to get the ranking they deserve). also this gives cravity a bad look and allows other fans to hate or be bitter towards them and cravity doesn't deserve that, especially when it's not even their fault. so it's understandable if you are upset but pls don't take it out on cravity, be mad at mnet. mnet stop ruining everything challenge: failed.
i hate the concept of the ace because it doesn't make sense if you're a team, but after watching cravity's performances i think they're a really good example of the concept of having a team performance with an ace. you can tell who the ace is in each performance but their aces don't overshadow the other members, they're still a team. each member has their own part and time to shine and i think cravity balances these two extremely well. it doesn't give off main performer and backup dancers which is what i feel like some of the other groups have been like and it's kind of disappointing. their performances are great but it's lacking the team aspect. but i think now some of the groups are starting to understand the balance.
for those of you upset at peat's acting because he's not crying, there's a reason as to why he's not crying. it's not because he's a bad actor or whatever, peat's intentionally not shedding tears because he's following the script and novel. sky, in the novel, doesn't cry actual tears until the very very end (after his encounter with his ex). before that, sky purposefully wailed without tears whenever he was upset and peat is following that very accurately. the reason for sky not shedding tears will be revealed next episode which is also when we will see him really cry. just be patient. i'm annoyed with these comments regarding his acting. peat's not a bad actor, in fact, i would argue that he's an amazing actor for how accurately he's portraying sky from the novel.
