seo ye ji is just so elegant this role was made exactly for her

obviously everything was intended cause they got everyone's attention now but i'm just very lost like why would a huge actor like JCW choose such drama he doesn't need a controversial plot nor buzz like this to get people's attention

the director and the writing team promised to adapt the webtoon and make it less controversial to suit all viewers but knetz are already fuming at the first episode and all the problematic things it carried, there are already a bunch of petitions made to stop airing the show...

right forgot about that, that scene is just a big mess

yes i did not agree with the kiss scene it was problematic but SHE WASN NOT A MINOR which i felt the urge to clarify since it can make a lot of people uncomfortable with it, also 33 minutes into the episode he says " she's 22 yo..." that was three years later after the kiss which means she was 19 when it happened but STILL it doesn't justify the scene or make it less problematic

again i was expecting more tbh , i don't know whats going on lately with ji chang wook's drama choices but i was already hesitant about it specifically because of the massive age gap between him and the FL but regardless the first episode was a bit meh the editing sucks and also the culture appropriation scene is throwing me off i hope we don't see more of that in the future eps

i'm seeing a lot of people feeling uncomfortable about that kiss i just want to clarify something real quick, it says that she is "22 years old" after the 3 years time jump which means she was 19 when she kissed him thus she wasn't a minor
