Okay so ending question so spoiler ahead.Im a little lost on the ending. So basically did they live their lives…
It wasnt shown but in the novel they continued living in the book world, he passed away earlier and she lived to an old age with her taking over the throne after his passing and eventually handing the throne to their child. She returned to the modern world after having lived her life in the book where he was waiting for her.
