While You Were Sleeping is an easy #1 - Bae Suzy as the female lead and Jung Hae In as the last part of the love triangle are both excellent actors and play their roles beautifully, and the OST and overall writing and production is very high quality.

W is second for me because of its unique concept and the way the writers were able to seamlessly integrate that into a live action drama. The visual effects are done very well, and Han Hyo Joo is a great female lead.

Pinocchio is third simply for the reason that the main couple (Lee Jong Suk and Park Shin Hye) are both top actors and play their roles very well. While the production value isn't as high as W or WYWS, the writing is done well and the actors execute that writing well.

I Hear Your Voice misses out on the top three only due to the fact that the main couple was a bit uncomfortable to watch at times due to their age gap. Lee Jong Suk and Lee Bo Young played their roles well, and the premise and writing of the show were both interesting. However, a high school student dating someone who appears to be entering her thirties at best is not an ideal coupling. The second male lead in this drama was also very annoying, knocking this drama down a bit further.

Romance is a Bonus Book stood little chance compared to the above dramas due to its rather boring premise of a younger editor in chief dating his long-time best friend who reenter the job market and finally gets a job as his subordinate. Lee Jong Suk plays his role well as always, but Lee Na Young's acting as the female lead left a little to be desired (although the writing for her character appeared to be quite dry as well).

Doctor Stranger is a very hit-or-miss show for most of its viewers. The medical aspects of the show are well-written - intense surgeries, wild tactics to save people, differing situations, and more. However, the personal relationships in the story for the most part are poorly written (outside of the relationship between the male lead, Lee Jong Suk, and the second female lead, Kang Sora). The worst relationship of them all is the final main couple - Lee Jong Suk and Jin Se Yeon. Jin Se Yeon's character is just impossible to stand, whether it be due to the writing or her acting. In my honest opinion, the show would have been more successful had he just ended up with Kang Sora's character instead.

I haven't watched any of the other dramas and films as of yet, but other than Secret Garden and School 2013, I haven't heard anything good about them.
