i was scared in the first episode but it isnt really a lot. just eerie music, not too many jumpscares but in the end depends on u how much u can handle it. its quite dark overall but after a while i didnt react much to the dark scenes. if u arent used to cult practices, psycho-thrillers and creepy stuff it might not be for u tho
