a bit stiff in general, but her acting for emotional scenes are quite good here. i am currently watching her other ongoing drama ("my heart") and that's probably my fave role of her to date.

i feel like chu chu is starting to doubt ming hao. lol i refuse to believe that she's that dumb to see through his scheme. also, this drama is even getting more interesting! i cant wait for the next ep

no single dull moment and you can tell how they used every episode wisely. the OSTs are bringing the scenes to life. you don't even know where this drama is going next T_T

i loved the first 8 episodes and how they did not drag the misunderstanding between the two leads. hopefully it keeps the momentum!

that was such a fun first 8 eps!! im really hoping it doesnt go downhill later on 🤞

caught up with the latest ep and so far im enjoying this lmao. alright it does have some boring moments but overall it's not THAT bad as what the other comments seem to indicate

yup that's what i thought too!! he did not show much emotion when the eunuch told him that yu er is dead. it feels like he wouldn't fully believe it until he sees the actual body right in front of him. and then when he got the sword, thats where the reality that she might really be dead has finally hit him

this drama just keeps getting better and better. one of the best i've watched in a long while
