Well, 1st month free, so I signed up. It looks like the following two instalments are going to take more than a month to be released though, so it looks like I might actually end up paying for a few months. Then again, with the amount of c-dramas I've been watching compared to regular english-speaking tv, I may as well just stay signed up...

It's kind of like there's a story between the ending of Untamed and this movie wherein Wen Ning learned to be more assertive in his own self, and decided to put those chains back on for some reason. That's the story I wanted to see ^^. But otherwise this is really just a fan service instalment, in general that is, because I think the series' yaoi fan contingent will be loudly moaning about the lack of Lan Zhan and Wei Ying. So ... mainly just for the fans who aren't yaoi and loved watching the Untamed.

Leo Luo also had a somewhat lead and really angsty (watch to the end) role in Princess Silver. Seriously, he was (also) my favorite character in Princess Silver. Leo Luo played him perfectly. But you won't get where his character is coming from until near the end of the series. I strongly recommend it (try not to get too distracted by one of the other lead actor's prominent chin ... seriously, that chin could be used to hammer in fence posts). I don't know where you got up to with Fu Yao. It's one of my favorites to rewatch, but best seen in one run through, not disjointed, when you first see it. The ending is ... ok, but really I re-watch Legend of Fu Yao for the flirty fighting between Fu Yao and Wu Ji.

I don't know why anyone roots for Xu Feng. Run Yu is everything ... have you seen legend of fu yao?
