If they needed some scene time, they could have cut out all the crap part with the spoiled crown prince! The last epi, most of the characters came together... loved it... and then big disappointment in the climax... super irritating
Now that I’ve seen the whole series and have stepped away from this thread for a few days, I can be more objective…
I still like this movie a lot, but still annoyed at 2 things! First, absolutely hate the fact that they bring in the arc about Sun being from the central plain. But not giving any more info, background, etc. Second, the ending was disappointingly LAME! Uhmmm it’s a huge room... Changge couldn’t run out before the flame engulfed it??? No one locked her in from the outside... Episode 1 hooked us with the excitement of the cuju game and intrigue of who was the real tegin. The last epi sent us away with Sun giving changge a piggy back ride in an overlay image of amongst the flames... REALLY???? After so many spectacular cinematography scenes... director must have Ran out of ideas...

Ceremony is presenting tea to a parent... both of hers died... he’s basically an orphan... and they made it clear they didn’t need any ceremony while they sat in the tree...

But I cry for Shoyu... his pain and anguish wishing that he could be the one to comfort her but instead watching as a third party Scene at the mausoleum when CG say to A’sun “if my mom can skeet you in person, she would like you very much.
