Also so far they've not shown us what exactly happened between the ML and the ex gf.She cheated ....yes , but still what exactly was the reason for cheating ,and whom was she planning to marry.Also how did ML found out she was two timing him? (I skipped some parts maybe I might've missed them but still)

I feel like FL is slowly starting to fall in love with ML from ep 4 onwards.....and ML won't even look at her romantically because of the 'back' talk....so it's gonna be like 'he fell first but she fell harder' trope with EXTRA hardships and misunderstandings it seems.

True most of them focus on the comedic aspect of the drama and not the plot....most recent ones I mean. Also, they don't have that great cinematography like in old historical dramas like dong yi, dae jang geum, etc. I felt like I was watching a cosplay, not a drama while watching most of them. The last historical drama I felt satisfied with was the red sleeve cuff.

For me the best characters in the entire series are chishiya and kuina. Also I kinda like that girl akane and agumi too . They all give off the same unbothered but brave attitude.

Honestly I was so baffled too… I thought they had a sibling kind of a bond instead. Him liking her is so out of nowhere, writers didn’t even hint it in the previous episodes.
