The chemistry is good. But If you're expecting a gagga oo lala romance then No. It's more like respecting each other's dream. A healthy relationship. The plot is mainly centered on FL's dream and her growth.

I think they are brothers. Remember when LJ first came to shiling sect. He just remembered he had a brither. Also in the Illusion arc they were brothers. They both have different names. Probably twins. There is no way he is frangment of wuhuo.
