Yehh exactly even i was wondering why, if it was 12 eps one would have been the "original Mission" where trainees would perform for 5 original songs and then eliminations and then finals...now there is no such thing... They are gonna take trainees directly to final with 2 new songs...
If i had seen this comment section before starting i would have never started watching it.. but thank god i didn't do it. For me this drama is really good and i Never felt boring the whole time. It's refreshing and different from many of k dramas, from ML , FL and 2nd leads they are all different and cute in their own way....i really really lovee this ML. This is the first time I'm seeing him and the chemistry he developed with FL was a wow tbh. He is the most eye catching one for me. He stole the show. FL's role was alsoo very good though over exaggerated few times, i loved it. Over all it's 8.5 for me. This drama 's OST are all great to listen.
He and muzin was the only one who did great... Even though Minwook wasn't much visible compared to previous performances..he slayed it. Especially his killing part, his moves was the one that suited the most

To be honest, For me team "Time After time" is in the first place. When Wu Chen yu started his part I literally got goosebumps, his vocal is just melting me seriously(But he was ranked last??woah I'm losing it). Youngseo just stole the entire show. He is best suited for this song and was really unique. I really wanted to bow for his performance which is way too sentimental. I know it's difficult for him to debut with his current ranking but I really wish him luck for his future. But in the individual ranking why was he second??? it doesn't make sense. Binghua's visual was eye catching . The song as a whole is the best among all, I don't how many times I heard it on repeat.
May Be team ''Trigger" would have won if they have performed better, I literally had so much of expectations on them, but they weren't in the sync most of the time. Especially Lynlyn i think he couldn't pick up the moves after singing high notes. Like they made mistake in the killer part which is very important and the most addicting("I'm a bad guy" by Minwook). Something was missing in team trigger, if they had pulled this. It would have definitely been the best among all. Unfortunately they missed it.
As for the rest.. "Breaking news" did a great job. " Merry go round" definitely don't deserve the first place. I think since it was the last performance everyone remembered it and voted for that team. For me MGR was 4th. But why was Andy the last ranked?? Why is he so unpopular when he have this much of potential?
With this format "Universe league" is bound to produce Ace Idols, ngl. Team Rhythm's starting line up is the most well balanced team among all. JL, Park ju won, Zhang shuaibo, Steven, these trainees can directly debut. They are the most stable one. Like Zhang shuaibo is so smart with the created choreography since his screen time is low. He shined like JL and Ju won for me. He always surprise me with the minimal screen time. Chih an is too stiff with the facial expression. He definitely need to work on it.
Team Beat's interception was lacking, like they changed the choreography too much which was disadvantage to the team, it doesn't suit much compared to Rhythm. Except for the ending, other movements weren't attractive much.. Jiang Fan definitely needs to be in team beat's starting line up. He is so much talented than the people from starting line up.
Team beat's Song.. Woahhhh I just love the song like anything , it's too brainwashing! and the song was carried too well by Cha woong Ki alone who is the best suited for this song and he nailed it. I don't what's team beat is gonna do if some other team picks up Cha woong Ki and Kairi. Without this two the starting line up is actually worse than other teams bench. Ji Hun improved a lot I'm glad that he found the passion back to dance. It's obvious from judges expression that they aren't satisfied much.
I personally think the competition between bench and starting line up is good because it boost up the spirit and ambitions to the players who are in the bench. Bench players needs to boos up with the conditions they are.

I was about to comment on eps 8, but What did I even see in the comment section??? Woahh 3 quits from top 9? this is really insane. I have never seen something like this in any of the survival shows. It is acceptable if one quits but 3 at a time makes me wonder what is even going on with starlight boys?..I was supporting Neil the whole time? but now he is not gonna be in the debut list when he is meant to be in the top? It's bit disappointing, but it's only one side of the story, we really don't know what the trainees are going through, If so I really wonder Why Xing Xing didn't leave the group despite being injured? Anyhow I respect everyone's decision. It's just that I couldn't digest that they quit when I was eagerly anticipating IXFORM to debut together....
