Im still iffy on saying the Nurse or Boss are the one killin people... They may have killed someone... yet it seems as if they are scapegoats who are being manipulated or are trying to "protect' Doc" on whatever belief they have going on in their head about euthanasia. Yet I dont think they killed the terminal patients in question. But I could be barking up the wrong tree. I even went as far as to accuse the other cop in my head 🤣 ..because who do I least expect yet have seen in every single episode.. HIMMM 😂

Crime drama experience has taught me that the person they want u to think is the killer.. is def not 🤣.. my theory is that the killer isnt Dr Kan.. probably someone that works in the clinic/hospital playing the Angel of Death thinking they are relieving terminal patients from their suffering.

TBH... I want to say someone is setting him up and his actions dont help him AT ALLL.. but but but... i cant help but compare it to another show I saw.. so now im wondering if he did help the cops mom cross over.. but did not kill the other people. Someone else could be doing that. it just that this reminds me of another forensic cdrama (i think it was Dr Qin) where a case was like this 🤔 i forgot
