Yeah, the brother is definitely suspicious to me. He is either the masked man or the guy sitting by the pool.
i dnt think he is the pool guy since he wanted to "bait" someone out. It seems he doesnt believe Liao Zhi Bai is dead. From what we saw he tried to use Song En as bait to hurt Si Yuan in order to push Zhi Bai out of hiding. Little did pool guy know that masked dude was already making moves.
I have a feeling we are going to see more of these instances until we get closer to the truth of what happened back then in the fire. I dont believe Zhi Bai is evil but he isnt the righteous justice seeking officer he probably once was.. now he gets his hands dirty nd fights back instead of letting the law do it. I wonder if thats what they mean by opposite sides.

i think he is after those big wigs by lookin for ways to get them caught/framed. he has been gettin his hands dirty nd being some kind of vigilante. When I saw those lockers I felt that he is gettin justice his own way for them or giving those that hurt them the karma they deserve.

thats the sad part i was talking about.. in the novel several die... some are tortured.. some are killed.... some die due to stuff... some take desperate measures to stop their pain from PTSD, survivor's guilt.. etc etc if u know what i mean..... but like i said given what their jobs are its ...realistic..
