I dont think Dr Yang means any bad. He seems to be pushing buttons trying to get Pun to finally react of some sort. He also seems to be feeling Milk out. Whether its to see if Milk is good for his friend or not idk but Dr Yang obviously has been wary of him for awhile.. after all Milk did approach him first at the beginning of the series trying to find the connection between him and Milk’s deceased friend.

Tzuyu tho.. she needs to back off but since Dr Pun has no backbone she gonna continue on her bs
