If you go into this with zero expectations of a plot and pretend Gun's name is actually Boss this isn't bad! This was also my first time watching Force and Book (can't get myself to watch Enchanté) and I enjoyed it. It also made me realize I missed seeing Mike in shows and how much I hope to see more from Fluke and Thor. That whole friend group actually, I loved them!

I will say though the one thing I didn't like was when Nabi said in the gallery that she literally hated him but wanted to date him anyway. I mean I get what was trying to be said especially after all her previous actions but I mean come on. I just wanted to hear her say once that she liked him to his face. Especially when he finally showed more emotion and almost cried when her piece was done and he had promised he would leave her alone. We can't have it all I suppose. Also like someone else mentioned it would have been nice to get a little more backstory on why Jae Eon ended up how we was maybe from neglect from his mother or something like that, but it was still good

If you are one of the people who didn't necessarily like the drama, watch Kang Sang and Han Sohee in all the behind the scenes videos. They are all so amazing and those two were really great together! They both have great chemistry and will have long successful careers I'm hoping!
IMO I actually liked how much more realistic this drama felt than others I have seen. I know some people don't think it is as realistic but if you have ever been in that situation or kind of relationship yourself you may understand that you literally do go in circles with your emotions and actions making this repetitive cycle. But overall it was a good drama and even with all the comments going both ways it's still worth the watch and y'all can make your own opinions once you watch it.

Until the fourth installment Pornographer Playback comes out with better/correct eng subs you could hold off on watching this one. Kido and Kijima have good chemistry but their relationship is so toxic and Kido is responsible for how Kijima is in Novelist. So this season is kind of important for the rest of the story but don't get too caught up on these two together! It's just the back story and you should enjoy Playback whenever good subs come out. You could watch Spring Life (13 mins) if you want or try Playback with the titles or an app to translate parts you think are important.

OMG same! I watched it expecting something really interesting with a cool twist of witchcraft but that is not what I got. I skipped so many parts and I honestly couldn't wait for it to be over. The ending twist was a nice change I guess but I don't think they even have enough to go on for a second season unless Dong somehow doesn't care or it's a whole different story altogether with Vee.

I just watched it and I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like this! To me this special episode was a waste. We already knew about their past and our main couple FINALLY got together in the last episode and they showed this instead. Such a big missed opportunity. We deserved to see more of the main couple together for a whole episode after the slow chemistry progression of them in the season.

That definitely does seem how it may go but with the time left I'm wondering if Shin Woo will actually have to leave his side in order for Tae to realize his feelings. From the first episode of the 4 of them being together to it then saying 2 years ago I think Daon and Tae will become close again like you mentioned. Plus from what we saw for next week's episode Shin Woo says that no matter what he does Tae always thinks of Daon, so I'm hoping if that does happen the timing works well and isn't rushed with what we have left or Tae will realize his feelings sooner so Shin Woo doesn't have to distance himself for Tae to understand he likes him. But your thoughts also seem pretty perfect so if you're right I hope that starts happening within the next 2 episodes because we only have 4 left.
I'm all for Daon and Tae to fix their relationship but Shin Woo is already accepting of himself and is FINALLY putting in some work to get closer to Tae so it will be interesting to see what ultimately happens (even though it's just a drama and I'm sure we all know that Shin Woo and Tae will probably end up together or confess or something).

@raf You should watch Manner of Death if you haven't already! It does have MaxTul but it's not college themed which is nice and isn't your typical BL story. I never really do a deep dive into the Thai actors besides watching them in pairs so I'm not tired of Max but I think it's worth watching!

I felt like this series had a lot going on and nothing going on at the same time. I really hope a second season comes out with a more complex or put together plot where the story can go further. I really wanted to watch this because of Bhudis (Jack) and KaoTurbo because I love them, but the acting by the handful of debuting actors in this series were actually quite good. I wouldn't mind seeing some of them again!

I was just only talking about the short 13 minute video that’s actually Spring Life. You’re talking about Playback which comes after Spring Life. I did watch Playback after making this comment and I definitely agree with you now! He only sees Kido to get a hold of Kuzumi and it seems they do end up together in the end which I really enjoyed seeing. The English subs are terrible though so I’m going to have to watch Playback again once better subs come out. I originally watched it without subs but it isn’t hard to guess what’s going on in the important scenes. After watching Playback it’s clear Kijima has finally moved on from Kido to be with Kuzumi. So I do agree with what you said after watching it.

I love the way you broke down the movie! I came in with no expectations (I do that with shows and movies because everyone has their own opinions) and it was amazing! I understood at the end why he was doing what he did at the end before reading your thoughts (although the alter ego mention helped a lot) but I didn't get why the pool moss/whatever it was resembled people or that they might represent his family. If you liked this and the Sixth Sense you should watch Fight Club!

If you've seen Fight Club, this will not disappoint you! Give it a try, it's very well done.

This was recommended to me somehow and I was not disappointed. I don't go into any shows with an expectation because everyone has their own opinions but this was an amazing film once you realize what it is. The first comment on this really helps you understand what is going on.
