Depends on how you view the drama, some would say yes though it was really unnecessary while some would say no...

If you haven't watch it, give it a try. I'm not a fan of its plot but I do appreciate the beautiful cinematography, OST and some of the casts' acting.

I understand where you're coming from and don't worry, I'm not offended in any way. I do agree with you that alot of viewers tend to be more forgiving towards ML. I watched this some time back, but if I recalled correctly, I feel that if the fact that she's looking for her sister is alluded to earlier instead of letting viewers guess it would paint her in a better light. No doubt the drama implied she was hiding something but her reckless actions needed something more concrete to justify. They can leave the cctv revelation as shown in the drama (I loved how he stood up for her in that scene!) And yes, towards the end it became draggy. But overall I still liked the show. The acting by both leads were excellent and the squad had good camaraderie.

To be fair, not enough back story was given to the FL at the beginning of the drama for viewers to empathise. It had nothing to do with Moon geun-young's portrayal of the character but rather the writing of the drama. On the other hand the viewers saw how the ML gave up his career to care for his Mom. And by the time her full back story was shown, most viewers already formed an impression, with some even dropping the drama all together.
So the issue was that the writing was not tight enough to engage the viewers.

Yeah, so likely they're shooting other scenes not involving the village first and come back to it when the construction is done?
Or maybe the village has a few locations and the market is just one of them.

I think they're filming the later part of the drama first. The part where they're in the city. Apparently the production team is doing some construction work at the market in Pohang where the village scenes will be, so I suppose those scenes will be filmed after the construction is complete?

Warmer months tend to have lower ratings. Maybe people are out and about during the warmer months instead of staying home to watch TV.

Now you're blaming KSH for having 2 projects at the same time for the poor ratings? Dude, 2/3 of viewers were rooting for his character because he acted so well! SMH... He's an odd job worker. He delivers food, do plumbing, painting or repair work where needed. It's not like he only delivers Chinese food.

Hmmm.... Let's do a quick recap: 1. NDS reciprocated Dalmi's kiss when he knew Dalmi is kissing her first love whom he is not. 2. NDS punched his mentor for giving honest feedback. 3. NDS left a drunk Dalmi in the park in the middle of the night.
