It's so interesting and ML he is so so good in action scenes like seriously...First epi, intro with that BGM I…
Watch "Immortal Samsara" for a happy ending. At first it looks like a sad ending but the two mini episodes in the end give the true happy ending. It's such an amazing drama. It's what made me a Cheng Yi fan β¨
No-life, brainless trolls thinking they can ruin a drama's popularity. π₯±Joke's on them: nobody rly gives a shit about these ratings since the only thing that truly matters in the end is how well the drama does on its streaming service, the heat index etc . πThey have absolutely no impact on the drama's actual performance. Imagine how sad and boring their everyday lives are, getting excitement by giving 1* reviews on episodes they most certainly haven't watched. Pathetic losers π
Is there a summary of "Love In Pavilion" anywhere??? π§I wanna know what happened in that story to understand the background. I don't wanna watch bc it's a tragedy I guess and seeing Fugui's sad and lonely life makes me hate his parents anyway so I'm not interested in them.
We should have seen Feng Suige and Yixiao becoming Emperor and Empress like it happened in the novel. Why the…
In the novel, the big villain was the Emperor of Jinxiu. Xia Jingshi became the Emperor in the end but Xiyang died. As for our couple, they had a son and after the Emperor of Susha abdicated the throne (he wasn't murdered in the novel) Feng Suige became Emperor and made Yixiao the first Empress born as a commoner.
I agree, they should have kept that ending and we should have seen it π
Look, I enjoyed this drama immensely. I waited for the episodes daily with great anticipation and my score was…
We should have seen Feng Suige and Yixiao becoming Emperor and Empress like it happened in the novel. Why the heck did we only see them on a random cliff shooting arrows and exchanging a few words?? It wasn't even that romantic... πThis was so disappointing... And did I get it right?? The throne would go to Xiyang after the three year mourning period?? ....what?!? π«¨So, the overqualified General and Prince who is loved by the people and the army will not become Emperor but his sister who betrayed her country and family will be Empress?? They might as well leave the throne to the Second Prince who at least was honest till the end and kept his promise to his big brother.
I also want to say something about the SML, Xia Jingshi... He was the SAME, flat character from the beginning. π΄I was not impressed with the acting either. As soon as we saw the Emperor of Jinxiu, he completely overshadowed him. In my eyes, he was the one who had the qualities of a proper SML and his role should have been bigger much earlier. His relationship with Xiyang was so scandalous and intriguing and made things so interesting in Jinxiu Kingdom since everything about it was boring without the Emperor spicing things up.
Anyway, yeah, all the villains got punished, they all freaking died horrible, miserable deaths but somehow the satisfaction was not delivered. πΆFor such a strong main couple, the send-off was extremely unfair and underwhelming. πAt least we should have seen a wedding, something. Not just a cheap cliff scene...π
Well, I'm still glad I watched this and got to know more Chinese actors and actresses since I'm at the beginning of my C-Drama journey (I've been watching C-dramas for a few months now). πI'll keep an eye out for more projects with them. If anyone has any suggestion, please say so!!!π
What new C-Drama are you waiting for?? I'm personally expecting "Tales Of The Dark River" with Gong Ju and "Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Sword and Beloved" with Cheng Yi β¨π₯
Look, I enjoyed this drama immensely. I waited for the episodes daily with great anticipation and my score was 9.5 throughout.
But after the finale I dropped my score to 9. I feel like it wasn't a GRAND finale. π«€After episode 37, episode 38 was kinda dull and the final scenes for the main characters were rushed as hell. You can't leave only 3 minutes to show the aftermath of everything... πWe deserved something more, something equal to the intensity of the earlier part of the story.π₯ There wasn't a satisfying closure, at least that's what I received. π€· It wasn't a bad ending but something was definitely missing...
I'll comment with a few spoilers below so read at your own risk. π
Is fu yixiao pregnant? Because when the woman physician took her pulse and asked yixiao what are they doing after…
I thought she looked kinda weird as if seeing something more in her pulse. Maybe our girl is pregnant!!! Perhaps Yixiao herself knows and they just haven't showed us the scene yet.
I agree, they should have kept that ending and we should have seen it π
