Absolutely BETTER than season 1. If S1 was a 9/10, S2 is 100% a 10/10!!!🔥
S1 was great and successful mainly because of the bromance between Si Eun and Su Ho and the undeniable chemistry of the actors. Their relationship carried the show. 👍 But I personally never liked Bom Seok and Yeong I, so I didn't care about them as a group and disliked the other villains, they were boring. 🥱The plot was rather simple and straightforward, the action scenes were good, the acting of course amazing. But S2...
S2 took it to a WHOLE new level!!! 😱The action, the violence, the emotional struggles, the new environment and new friendships. The relentless villains. I loved everything about it. ❤️
The quartet was SO FREAKING BEAUTIFUL. ☺️(now, add to them that one member we all love and we have the PERFECT combination).✨They all are so energetic, so good for each other, with no toxicity among them. I'm literally begging for a 3rd season because I desperately need more of them!!! 🙏
NOTE: Park Ji Hoon is once again fantastic in his role but I gotta say. Ryeo Un stole this season for me. I love that kid so much, he's so talented and he ATE this role!!! My man got such a great build to play Hu Min, he's got shoulders for daysssss 😍 Add him to the cast of "Bloodhounds" S2, he'd fit right in!!!😁
Anyways, S2 exceeded my expectations!!! 👏The wait was soooo worth it. PLZ, NETFLIX, RENEW FOR SEASON 3!!!🥳

I actually considered that while watching the episode. I wasn't convinced he was the one to kill her grandmother, it didn't feel like that to me. And yes, Yun Gap did try to use her and he was sorry for it. She deserves an apology from him although I don't know if she'll get it now, I think he's really dead... Maybe he'll say sorry before departing?
First episode was GREAT!!! 🔥Got "Kingdom" & "Tale Of The Nine Tailed" vibes. I like the actor who plays the…
Is Yun Gap really dead?!? 😰From what I understood he died and his soul just hasn't moved on yet. I wonder if he'll stick around and coexist with Gangcheol. Makes me wonder if Yeo Ri will fall in love with him or the Imugi. Kinda rooting for the later cause enemies to lovers is the BEST TROPE 😁
First episode was GREAT!!! 🔥Got "Kingdom" & "Tale Of The Nine Tailed" vibes. I like the actor who plays the ML but I'd be lying if I said I'm not disappointed that Kim Young Kwang isn't the actual ML. 🥺I mean, why'd you make him so hot and intriguing and just take him away from me?!?! I have never seen him in a historical drama before 😭Of course, we'll keep seeing his character because of the story, just in a different form.
Anyway, we're off to an amazing start!!! ✨I love sageuks with horror/fantasy elements and looks like this one's gonna be right up my alley.😎 The cast is pretty awesome too!! 👍
Mini series? It’s the same length and episode count as the average K-Drama though?
No, there are others with many more episodes. For example, "For Eagle Brothers" and "Cinderella's Game" (both currently airing) have 50 and 102+ episodes each.
i thought about that possibility of her wanting to be a grim reaper too. but if i understood right he broke the…
I could be wrong but I think Hui Wan's case might be a little different because her death was her choice. Not an illness or an accident. He only tried showing her the positive aspects of life and love and tried to help her make the best decision. In the end, he didn't exactly grab her to stop her from jumping. He stopped her by showing his affection. She could have jumped regardless but she chose not to do it. Now, his week with her, THAT might be a cause for punishment. Cause obviously Reapers don't just get a week to chill with their loved ones whenever they want. For my peace of mind, I just want to believe he's okay wherever he is 🥺
Whats the backstory of that senior who saved FL?? How is she able to see Grim reaper?
I don't think we ever found out the details. When Ram U realized she could see him and talked with her, he understood she'd been through a lot too and I think it was hinted she lost someone very important to her in the past too. I guess that's why he told her to take care of Hui Wan, her intervention saved her life.
But your list shows that you barely even touched the genre of sageuk 😅 The older ones had much better posters.
Alchemy of Souls (High Fantasy)
Our Blooming Youth
River Where The Moon Rises
The Secret Romantic Guesthouse
The Rebel: The Thief Who Stole The People (this one doesn't focus on the love story but I personally regard it as rhe best sageuk of all time with one the most beautiful love stories ever told)
I loved this drama even though it broke my heart and I obviously never expected a happily ever after for our couple... 💔Both leads were so amazing, I loved their characters because they felt so real and relatable. 🥺If I were her, I'd have chosen to join him in the afterlife and become a Grim Reaper by his side no matter what. But I do get why it ended the way it ended. It was appropriate and it resonated with the whole purpose of Ram U's temporary return to Hui Wan. I hope Gong Myung and Kim Min Ha reunite again in a future projects! They had great chemistry 🤌✨
LOL, the bitter trolls in the comments. 😂Y'all got to work to get the rating from 8.3 to 8, huh?? Must have bothered you sooo much that "Buried Hearts" is the most viewed mini series of 2025!!!😝 Deal with it, the only thing that matters is the Korean viewership for dramas broadcasted on TV and "Buried Hearts" got to the Top and never left till it completed its run. Get over yourselves 😎Oh, don't forget to come back for S2!!! 😉
Srsly, they all look SO SO handsome 🔥😍👀
