I dropped this at like episode 10 because I couldn't stand the main couple's idiotic/childish behavior 🤮 but can someone tell me what happened to Deng Wei's character in a few sentences?? I really hope to see him in a better project soon. 😓He didn't deserve this chaotic mess, hopefully he won't be involved in such a circus again. I can't wait for "The Days of Seclusion and Love"!!!

Definitely destroyed the vibe of the drama for me, ML has more chemistry with his mother in law than his wife.🥱

ML's ex literally has no impact on his relationship with his wife because wifey kicks her out of the mansion and she never steps her foot in there ever again. She does evil things later on but they're not relevant to the main couple's marriage. You're missing out, it was a fantastic drama imo 👍
Y'all think he's mad at her because she didn't tell him about the decree and her mother when in fact he's actually devastated because he believes she only ever saw him as a debt that needed to be paid, that she married him, healed him and supported him because of guilt and pity.

Because he thinks her love for him is not real and that she's pretending because of the debt her family owed his family (the decree issue) and because of her promise to his brother to heal him. He thinks she pities him and just feels sorry about him. Yup, he's a dumbass...😤
