ah I see that makes more sense! if I skip through those sorts of scenes a little bit do you think I will still understand the story? or are they still important to watch?

hey everyone I'm seeing this show is getting a lot of good responses/reviews but I'm just watching the second episode right now and I'm finding myself skipping/ not paying attention to a lot of it. All of the gamer teams backstory/scenes seem rlly overdramatic and don't rlly seem to have that much purpose. I dont want to give uup on it since its so popular but does it get any better or do these angsty gamer scenes remain rlly persistent? Hopefully you can help me!

I feel the exact same way! I legit just finished it 10 minutes ago and I feel so emotionally drained. It was misery after misery until the ending

Really don’t know why this has so many good reviews and comments. This is not a cute couple or a romantic plot. This is an abusive relationship. The plot is also entirely ridiculous. I could only make it to episode 13 before I had to give up entirely. I’ve read up on what happens afterwards and oh man it just gets worse and worse. kudos to everyone who stuck it out till the end

Hello I'd like to ask a question to all you drama lovers out there. Unfortunately in the drama community I'm in a bit of a minority as I rlly didn't like Boys Over Flowers. I know its a loved classic for many and I completely respect that. For me I just felt the male lead to be almost abusive and I wasn't a fan of the type of chemistry created between the main couple. Its a similar situation with the other manga adaptation of Itzaru Na Kiss ( I've definetily butchered the name there) as I don't like that either - although I still have found myself watching numerous different versions of it - some I like more than others. I was wondering, is it a similar case with this drama? Are the other adaptations worth a shot/ more promising ? Less controlling/overbearing male lead? I don't want to completely throw it under the bus - there are so many versions of it - they wouldn't remake it so much if there wasn't something good about it in the first place.

Aaah this seems right up my street I rlly hope its good there's not one drama that is catching my eye lately :(

Okay maybe this is silly but how their version of Netflix and chill is "ramen and chill" - idk why its so funny to me ! But apart from that its the wonderful Korean food!

If you enjoy pain and a lot of crying, this drama is for you, its up there on the pain and frustration level with Scarlet Heart. The main actress is stunning and plays the part so well, she really made it for me.
