Yeah. I don't see the racist parts tho?? Only because Dal Sik is wearing dreads?? A lot of people wore them around…
he's wearing a foundation that's more than a shade dark for his skin. that's literally black face, search up articles on what black face is and the jim crow law and then you can come and have this conversation with me. secondly, the dreads. don't you see how he's presented in the drama? he's shown as a bum who's dirty and has insects in his hair. that's rather rude as the dreads have much to do with a religion called rastafarianism, which was founded in Jamaica. if you think sporting dreads is just a "trend" then you're totally uneducated. do you know that those same "trendy dreads" are classified as inappropriate hairstyles for work? and you saying you got used to it so it's not racist, that's quite sad. I hope that you can reevaluate your sh*t and find out where yah went wrong. if you're fine with racism being present in a drama in 2020 and it's not for historical purposes then you're entire existence is f**ked up. ? have a nice day ?

I'm gonna assume you laughed right through all the racism and cultural appropriation that was present ?
SimpingForHappyEnds Jun 30, 2020
there's nothing wrong????? are you unaware of the racism that's hella present within this drama? I mean there's a dude with dreads (cultural appropriation) and he was sporting black face like it's the damn 1830s or some sh*t. it's 2020 and if someone has to say that sh*t like sporting a face that's caked in dark/black foundation as a non black person to represent a black person is wrong then y'all just full on racist. and to say that's there nothing wrong with the drama, that's crazy. you said it's amusing, what? seeing rastafarians being represented as dirty and unkempt? rastafarianism is a religion and a cultural practice for many persons and it was not shown positively in that drama. so I don't understand why no one is talking about this.

so you're just gonna look past the racism and cultural appropriation? ohhh interesting. that's hella crazy. what kind of chance you talking about? one to make the world more racist than it already is? ?

Title Chocolate
I loved the drama because of the characters however the plot was jumbled and it didn't flow, plus all mah fave characters died...sigh. The ending was forced and there was hardly any closure. Would I rewatch it? Yes because of the characters but besides that not really.
So if you're looking for a drama that is realistic, flowy, and not twisted up...Chocolate is definitely not the choice for you ??‍ the ost was nice though...
