i haven't watched the last 4 episodes, why has the rating dropped from 9/10 to 8.2/10 ?? (without spoilers please)
the plot lost its excitement and became very predictable. certain characters did not get what they deserved

Cant you just watch this as journey of the story instead of focusing and wasting too much energy on shipwars.…

In Jae already got punished. She was ripped off the chance to reconcile with Grandma while Grandma wasn't blind…
honestly she has been punished throughout the whole show tbh..losing her position as ceo at morning group, being betrayed by stepfather and stepbrother, never getting closure from biological father or grandma, poor relo with mother, poor relo with dalmi, no true love, employees leaving the company. also the lack of screen time, shes actually a very lonely character that has no choice but to centre her life around work. but i like that she is still strong and able to do well at her job.

after watching ep 14 it was really satisfying seeing dosan turn down dalmi and her offer at first - which made me realise. one of the reasons why i didnt like their relationship was also because it seemed so easy. like they never went through many hardships and when they did, it was overcome at an unnatural speed. but seeing dosan just turn her down even if he didnt truly meant it gave me some hope that he would no longer centre his life around dalmi and instead, consider his own feelings too.

& smashing a name plate shows your love for a girl and that you are willing to stand up for her even if you are…
yeh like dalmi was suppose to be the maddest in that situation because the insult was directed to her, but somehow dosan got even more offended ?? hmm

Lessons I learned from watching Start Up1. Never be too nice to girls, they will walk all over you and friend…
& smashing a name plate shows your love for a girl and that you are willing to stand up for her even if you are being violent..you might even get a kiss for it!!!

oh dalmi dear..how do you fail to see HJP's love and concern for you? i dont expect you to choose him as your heart has clearly been captured by dosan, but the least you can do is be comfortable around him and acknowledge him every now and then

Not just some harsh words that harsh words kill someone
yeh theres not even a point in trying to prove that HJP is not the one to blame because its so obvious that his brother has not healed from this trauma and is using this blaming 'coping strategy' to deal with his repressed anger. extremely unhealthy and doesnt help him nor anybody else. im curious as to what others thought, because no one ever seemed to call him out for blaming HJP for his brother's suicide..

well he needs to work on his sense of self-worth because it should not rely on HJP's words in the first place. if he worked hard he would be proud of himself for getting that far regardless.

Not just some harsh words that harsh words kill someone
well ofc, usually due to CONSISTENT bullying and torment. however, HJP was just the judge on demo day for like 5 minutes. it seems a bit exaggerated in the kdrama, but i dont expect much from korea when they try to portray mental illness, given their ignorance and stigma around the topic.
