nah we actually enjoy the crazy comments cos we get to see so many takes on this drama.

i think dalmi mainly has leadership skills and 'confidence', but yes i agree, that alone can only get you so far. also ur comparison between alex and HJP - it really highlights the importance of framing. its so odd that if the truth is delivered in a poor way, then it makes you a bad person. and if the truth is delivered with some euphemism youre like .. better? i think many people just cant take the harshness of the world because its so rare in the bigger world for people to tell you the truth in a way that is gentle and kind. thats way too idealistic.

oh i wouldnt describe that to be a 'strong' personality but ok, i see what you mean. i dont think you need to get mad and defensive when people say such things to you, because you get a choice: you either believe them or believe in yourself. plus, dalmi admitted that she could accept it, which shows she can take constructive criticism, no matter how harshly it has been delivered. furthermore, they did fail. its not a bad thing, its a fact. they failed and it forced their business to separate. so HJP was pointing out a fact. if you think HJP is always mad, then dosan must be a lunatic. that man constantly has veins popping out of his face and has this twisted expression that appears to always be on the verge of tears. also, there is a difference between liar and compulsive liar. if you call HJP a 'compulsive' liar, then that makes dosan equally worse (maybe even worse because he admitted that he liked the thrill of being with dalmi/her smile and wanted to drag it out - causing him to 'miss the opportunity' to come clean).

they werent going to make it - as you see them stuck in the garage for two years straight with no sense of direction nor ambition. HJP really switched that around. how does dosan repay him? by knocking him dead

so true, shes when hit with like 8 things but the writer just makes her ignore all of those problems in order to progress the plot.

the fact that she just forgot about that confession like it was nothing,,, i mean the noodles scene tho - could of just told him i dont see u in that way so he wasnt led on. but she chose to talk about what she should do about the mess she created...sigh

HJP yells when he is hurt but he always ends up apologising for it and you can see that grandma sympathises with him because she knows deep inside he craves affection more than anything. he's not a compulsive liar, in fact he is brutally honest if anything. at least he owned up to the letters (which everyone was lying about btw).

then why didnt she open the music box for so long? shes scared that he wont be like the actual letters, just like how the melody may not be what she wanted. and anyways, after she met dosan she still had this intuition that was telling her that he didn't seem like the dosan from the letters. shes overall pretty confusing ... so idk whatever, all im saying is that the letters took up way too much screentime if it was just to make dosan meet dalmi.

the most hilarious thing is that he doesnt even understand the quote "follow your dreams" more like "follow dalmi's dream"...
