i was bored with episode one, but then by episode two, i was intrigued, by episode four, i was hooked and at the end of episode sixteen, i was left satisfied because this was an amazing haters' to lovers' story, despite the chaotic storyline the main leads are really good at communicating and there's no angst and all the stories wrap-up pretty nicely and we get a proper ending for the first time in a long time.
Africa is a continent, with plenty of countries lmao. Africa is completely diverse with different cultures and languages, even within a country. So it's iffy this narrative to just think it's okay to say someone is in Africa, rather than saying the country being visited.
Like the so-called Africans don't say hey I'm going to Africa, they have destinations, countries they're visiting. That's just it.
But some of you are just happy to freely display your ignorance, just because you're too small-minded to understand how people who are misrepresented feel and quite frankly it stinks.
I agree.i have seen it in some kdramas too.Not just racism but they give way too much importance to good looks…
thankfully i haven't come across racism in kdrama and this is the only asian show i've seen blatant racism in, i more or less watch recent shows up and nowadays, i believe they don't want to catch any smoke because a lot of people world wide now watch asian shows more than ever. i've noted the high importance of beauty and from shows noted that it's a thing "the bullying of ugly people" but from dramas i've watched, the main characters are usually against the bullying, so in regards to this i also don't have anything bad to say about the shows i've watched.
Chinese ppl don't think this way They don't have any prejudices abt race
Excuse you, but are you black? What position are you in to tell me how to feel about something I perceive is racist? You can't speak for a whole nation of people. The scene was in bad taste and they could have done without it.
why did it have to be black people that were unnecessarily the bad guys? after a scene were it's all white people being all endearing and friendly. idk but this rubbed me wrong because it's giving 100% racist stereotype.
She is only with her daughter and her husband is nowhere insight. They only said he is always busy. I really doubt…
True, but just because she's not with someone, doesn't mean she is not presently living a happy life. there are so many things for her to be happy about.
a lot of people are hating the ending of 2521, but i really appreciate it for what it is, i remember my first love and the roller coaster of emotions for years, but now we’re just friends and are fond of each other which is the same thing that happened here. i’m not bothered about not knowing min-chae’s dad cause he’s clearly not important to the overall direction of the story imo. just let’s us know hee-do found love elsewhere and i’m happy for her.
what did yijin do now? I want to be spoiled pls thank u, just put a spoiler tag if someone is going to spill it…
just he changed departments not to hurt hee-do, then became super busy, always cancelling last minute (everything hee-do faces with her mum too) and then 9/11 happened and he goes to the usa, then he’s so overwhelmed and then starts getting under, always apologising to hee-do. hee-do holding on but he goes distant how he typically does when he is stressed. ended with him applying for a permanent position in the usa, but hee-do finds out from her mum.

lovely episode as always, anyways i just want to see hee-do grow through the years and be happy.
yijin disappointed me because he stopped trying, i understand what he’s going through, but come on, he did hee-do foul.
