People are not ready to watch characters with different shades. A drama is not taken to put main characters in good light. They are called main characters because the story is focused on them, not because they are perfect or do everything right. But that's what people are expecting. But, Characters can be less intelligent, not catching things quickly, making the wrong decisions, be awkward etc. Many people watching oscillate between two words "Childish" "Stone-faced". Why shouldn't characters be childish or stone-faced? That's just who they are. And honestly people should capture themselves the whole day and see how stone-faced they look, and how they childish act in front of people they like and want to be vulnerable with. And that's normal.

Exactly. People aren't here to watch for the plot but to discuss how some people shouldn't exist because of qualities they are born with. The way these comments say how people don't deserve good things because they look annoying, sound bad, dehumanising and putting down so many people not realising how they they themselves would react if somebody said the same thing to their face

That one I said it for other dramas where people were saying FL doesn't deserve to be happy or love because they thought she wasn't good looking compared to the ML. I actually like Dilraba's allure the most in this drama

I never said anything about you. I didn't even know you commented about it. Did you give lower rating because of anything I mentioned? If not why are you even getting offended. Saying the make up is not good and saying you hate the drama because of that is two different things. I obviously was talking about the latter and not about people who just point things out. You just assumed I talked about you when nothing I said was even about you.

Sometimes it pains me to see how pathetically shallow and hypocritical some audience are, rating the drama very low because make up is not good, the FL is not very good looking, looks like FL and ML ages don't match. So ugly people shouldn't have good stories and be happy in life. You cannot stomach someone doing good in life just because you think they don't look good? Just because someone looks older than their age they shouldn't love a said person? How pathetic must those be who think in this way. These are not criticisms, they just show who you are as a person.

It's not about this drama but I've been seeing this pattern in so many recent dramas comment sections.

If people misunderstand the FL's and give biased judgements that is their issue. Anybody with empathy and a little bit of sense to think from the perspective of the FL will know that nothing she did is wrong. Spinning delusional conspiracies about actors and actresses for the ignorance and hypocrisy of the audience is pointless

The above comment criticizing Allen makes no sense as if he was narcissistic he would never take roles where his character is mostly suffering and meets tragic ends. I don't what kind of delusion these fans have.

Like, I feel like I'm seeing more and more comments that don't have empathy, think from the perspective of characters and just want every character to be 240 iq geniuses who does everything right. And another trend is how people have started to call 'over acting' as acting and subtle acting and expressing through eyes as stone faced not even thinking for one moment whether people can react so unrealistic in real life.

Well, she's trying to hold on to the hope that not everyone who was close to her from when she was young were liars and evil. People are having too much 'smart ass' energy forgetting how clueless and miserable everyone would if someone was in the same situation as her in real life.

Well, I did get heated up and was rude. The FL might have figured out she needed the seal to survive but her asking directly is a death sentence. And you can't blame the ML for having to do so much because he actually must do it just to ensure her survival. He doesn't even know how many spies are around her who can kill her any moment. The Empress Dowager put down her plans to kill FL only because she thought the ML doesn't value her so she isn't a threat. Sorry that I was rude tho😅

It's so sad to see how dumbed down some people are to think palace politics is like a cup of tea. The most intelligent people die like flies when it comes to palace politics. People who are asking why is the ML doing so much just to protect her, well his enemies aren't frickin idiots that they can be easily defeated. This ain't your overpowered protagonists where the FL and ML keeping winning against low iq villians. No matter how much the ML thinks, he cannot really estimate how much enemies he is against, how many enemies are looking at him like vultures to see if the FL could be his weakness. If the ML showed how much he loved the FL, the Empress Dowager would haved killed her with the spies she planted within a day or two. ML can't do anything about it because he cannot be with her all the time as he also has to run a country. The only reason the Dowager didn't kill FL was because she thought FL was not a threat as the ML doesn't respect her. And that's how it was in the palace, they had to do all this just to survive one day. The amount of comments that treat palace politics as some power Rangers battle against villians where they go pew pew pew is frickin hilarious.

Lol, even the most calculative and intelligent people die in palace politics. Do you think a pampered daughter of a powerful figure with an adoptive brother, the Ghost King to protect her at every turn easily survive. You are really naive to think that it is that simple. FL directly asking for the seal to the Empress Dowager is like challenging her to a duel. The Empress Dowager has spies around the FL. If the ML didn't show that he didn't value the FL, the Empress Dowager would have eliminated the FL using spies. And they clearly show how it unfolds for audience to understand and you people still don't get it. The ML has to dod so much because the people he is fighting against aren't frickin dumb to get easily fooled. You won't know how utterly stupid you'll look unless you are actually in FL's shoes.
