I knew this was going to be dumb but what I didn't expect was how perfectly dumb it was in the best way! The movie didn't take itself seriously which made the plot easier to accept and surprisingly there were some pretty good takeaways from the story. I love the chemistry between the leads, their back-and-forth is what won me over! Give this one a chance.

Was great overall but last 2 episodes were messy in terms of writing which was disappointing after everything. Still glad I watched it though!

Afaik someone on d-addicts is picking this up for English subs, and Bagikuy is doing Indonesian subs. I think there are only 1-2 episodes subbed atm though.

Only two weeks in and quickly becoming a favourite! I'm loving the characters and relationships between the family members, friends, and between Suzume and Ritsu's families. The child actors did very well. I'm excited to see the high school arc though :)

Ultra predictable but a fun watch! Nice for when you just want to relax and watch beautiful people fall in love

If you're unsure whether or not to watch this drama, just do it! It's adorable and full of warm fuzzies :) The main leads are amazing in their roles (even the male lead who never did acting before this role) and the side characters are likeable and entertaining.

I played the video and dance along, it's been so long since the last time I did that! xD I miss this drama ;_;

This asadora has no happy ending romance plot for the main character unlike most asadora. If you're looking for that, don't watch this.

i don't think an argument on the semantics would hold within the context, because in j-ent "idol" has a very specific meaning and any idol will always be marketed and labelled explicitly as "idol". the poll maker likely doesn't know that yamaken's just an actor and not an idol-actor.
