Yeah, that's fair. Taste is subjective. I think I'm just comparing them to the dramas that got me into K-dramas. Maybe I've changed over the years, so they don't give me the same butterflies anymore.

The first episode was nice. It reminded me of the old K-dramas we used to love. I just hope they avoid the obvious clichés.

I agree...and i guess even if the plot is changed, the adaptation should still feel worthy of the original. Like, if you’re going to rewrite things, at least make sure the acting, directing, and writing are strong enough to back it up.. I feel the lead actors too boring for this role

From the first episode itself, you can tell they’ve changed a lot from the manhwa. The manhwa couple felt sweet, young, and mature, but the drama couple looks kinda old—especially the FL. If the drama disappoints you, just read the manhwa 😌

This episode was really good! Those teary eyes when she was walking down the aisle—Shin Min Ah totally nailed it. She’s just so good!
