I watched this raw and I found myself really enjoying it lol even though I didn't understand exactly what they were saying. But I think I got the gist of it.
Andy was so cute and funny at the beginning, I really enjoyed his character. But as time went on, he started to really annoy me. His interactions with Jun Jin at the beginning were the best!
Han Ye Seul was such an excellent addition to the cast! Her scenes were my absolute favorite! The way she was introduced was great, and I loved her interactions with Jang Geun Suk at the beginning. They were always competing with each other over something, I loved it! But my fave interactions were with Bong Tae Kyu... Omg they were so cute!!! Their scenes were my favorites, n they were my fave couple (the only one I cared about).
Hyun Bin didn't have a significant role until later on, and I still found him to be kinda boring. But still, I preferred him with Han Ye Seul over Andy. He got on my nerves too, but in a different kind of way than Andy did. Hyun Bin was just too stupidly nice, and cared more about putting Andy's happiness before his own, when he wasn't shown the same curtesy.
The ending was so so so disappointing and I was so unsatisfied. But watevs, all and all I think this was a good sitcom. It was fun, it had me laughing even though there were no subs! Anyways, I had to watch it somehow cuz I'm a huge Han Ye Seul fan and I was craving something with her in it to watch. It was fun seeing all of the cast members so young. Speaking of cast member, a lot of them are missing here. First of all, Jun Jin was a MAIN (even though he wasn't in it for very long, he had a VERY significant role. Without him, Hyun Bin wouldn't have even been introduced). I don't see Bong Tae Kyu's name here (wth, he was a definite MAIN). Where the hell is LEE YOON JI's name here (she was a definite MAIN, she was in this from the first episode till the last). I'm sure there are more, but I didn't really care about anyone else.
It's my favorite currently airing jdrama. But the subs are taking forever! There are like 7 or 8 eps available, but only the first three are subbed. Still, i find myself watching the raw eps anyways cuz i just can't wait.
One of THE BEST romcoms I've ever seen in a drama series! My absolute favorite drama with Song Ji Hyo!!! I can't fathom why this drama wasn't well received. There are a limited amount of dramas that have made me smile and feel so genuinely happy and optimistic about love. And although I'm sure I'm not the only one who's fantasized about having a boyfriend like many of the male leads we see in dramas, but never so strongly in my life have I ever wanted a boyfriend like this male lead!! The relationships, the character interactions, the character developments, my strong ladies (who stay tht way throughout the drama), the HUMOR, the ost, THE EVERYTHING!! I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH THIS DRAMA!! And even the cutting of episodes from 16 to 12 didn't ruin a single thing. Wow wow wow, I am now a huge fan of Byun Yo Han and will definitely check out his other dramas. How can he have so much charisma and be so lovable! And did I mention his chemistry with Song Ji Hyo!!!!! Definitely going down as one of my fav romances, and one of my favorite pairings ever!!! How could a couple be so cute, I can't take it!
I just rewatched this drama again all in one go and it's as amazing as ever. Seriously one of the best rom coms. I feel like watching it again, thts how good it is! So enjoyable, I can't even choose a favorite part!
Wow i did not know the mother from Scarlet Heart Ryeo was the same actress as the stepmom in Jealousy Incarnate. Great acting, and she's so pretty too!
