So the last episode airs today? Smh, couple weeks ago I would have been all over tht. Now I couldn't care less. Such a shame, I loved Hyun Min so much.
Sad to think about how much I liked it in the beginning. I have absolutely no desire to continue watch the new eps. I'm going to because I just don't drop dramas, but it's not fun anymore and I'm so disappointed. It's probably gonna take me a long time to finish this.
And I call myself a jdrama fan.. I haven't seen any of the other members' dramas smh... Thank u so much for this article, i have to add these to my plan to watch list.
Fujiki Naohito is not in this drama! Lol it's funny how it says he has a supporting role but he wasn't in a single…
Lol, yeah i remember when i was first starting this drama and i saw the cast n i'm like omg i know tht guy! He's the guy from 1 Litre of Tears! So I watched n watched n he wasn't even in it.
Only question I have is how come the scene where the father stabbed Kang Chul didn't make it in the comic? It…
Lol but I'm saying tht isn't a plot hole since the drama isn't done yet, not even half way. U could say it was a plot hole if it was towards the end of the drama n they still haven't explained it, but so far these writers have done a good job explaining things. N they've been explaining things pretty quickly if I do say so myself.
I ttly understand what u mean, but I don't feel thts the case with this drama at all. It doesn't feel like a last minute thing the writers just threw in to throw the audience off guard. This is already a bizarre drama, I feel like the writers have planned this all along. And it really does help tht Lee Jong Suk is a brilliant actor, he ttly sold his scenes. How is Kang Chul knowing tht there was another person who stabbed him a totally new detail??? If you go back to the episode where he shot Yeon Joo HE KNEW SHE WOULDN'T BE HARMED! The question on my mind at tht time was HOW DID HE KNOW?! But they answer tht question in ep 5. Thts why I'm saying the writers really did plan this. I also don't like stories tht aren't well planned out and developed, but thts just not the case here. These writers have done nothing to make me doubt them so far.
But everyone doesn't need to know the knowledge of the ability to travel between the two dimensions. Why do they need to know? The only ones who need to know are Kang Chul and Yeon Joo, and they do! The father and his assistant know and really thts more than enough. The rules only need to be revealed to Kang Chul and Yeon Joo. And maybe the father and his assistant. But I don't see how everyone in Yeon Joo's world knowing would further the plot of the story. What do they have to do with anything? Now, if ur saying Kang Chul, Yeon Joo, the father, and the assistant's knowledge is important THEN YES I TTLY AGREE. And just as u said, it would become a plot hole if they suddenly didn't care how it works anymore. But the public doesn't even know tht Kang Chul's world is another dimension and they don't need to, let alone know the rules.
But here is another possibility. If this drama decides not to explain the rules (even though I think they will), it may not even be important for us to know as viewers. Because the more I think about it, what more needs to be explained, other than my question in my original comment? We already know how and why Yeon Joo gets in the comic and out of it. We can assume why she can't die in Kang Chul's world. We already know how Kang Chul got into Yeon Joo's world. All these details we know, lol I just want my original question to be answered. But I'll wait patiently.
Actually, I'm still not sure how Yeon Joo gets into Kang Chul's world. I know the why, but I'm only assuming the how at this point.
Lol no problem for it being long! Sorry for the late response, I was at work!

I don't see how it's a plot hole, especially when the drama isn't even halfway done yet. Kang Chul explains why he never even told anyone there was a second person who stabbed him to begin with. He explains this to the father in episode 5 during the confrontation, and he says he kept his mouth shut because there was no evidence.
These writers have been brilliant so far, I have to trust tht they know where their taking the story. As anyone watching this can tell, Kang Chul is all about logical connections, so why would the writers leave any plot holes whatsoever. Either way, it's way to early to say this is a plot hole. I mean, u can speculate tht it may end up being one, but I highly doubt tht.
Also, I don't understand ur bit about the comic not revealing its mysterious way of working (to Yeon Joo's world) unless this is a plot hole. Why is it even necessary for that to happen? The general public (Yeon Joo's world) doesn't need to know that the comic is another dimension, how does that further the plot of this story at all?
Looks like a Hye Ji heavy episode tho ugghh
