It was interesting. The plot about how people or specialists experiment on kids with psychopathic genes was harsh but very thought-provoking. Maybe fewer romantic scenes would have been better, as that could have made the story feel more realistic. The gore scenes sometimes feel excessive.
In general is very consistent with the novel, compared to the longer version where some raw scenes were cut out. I understand why this version was removed, but it’s strange that it passed the review in the first place. I really wish it had been a horizontal short, the acting was great!
"this kind of harem" .... ahem, do you happen to have a list of these?? send your garbage my way please…
Hmm, I dont have a list but as I remember, the J-dramas I’ve already seen with this kind of harem theme were Hare-kon, Rent a Girlfriend, and Sannin Fuufu. Also if you watch C-dramas too, lately I’ve come across a few of those as well.
How magical and adventurous it was to watch every episode! The final showing the production and post-production really moved me, they did an amazing job. I really hope to see a season 2.
I love this drama and will really miss the CP. I’m amazed by how much Yoona has grown as an actress (I’ve watched most of her projects, just to clarify), all the feelings and emotions of her character really moved me. And Lee Chae Min… wow, it’s beautiful to see him growing as an actor, he fits every role perfectly. All my support for their future projects and for the entire cast.
I saw the actor in other dramas, and this one was probably one of his so-so roles. As the ML, eh sometimes felt real but other times overacted, so I couldn’t really empathize with him. Maybe it was the direction, who knows. The chemistry with the FL was there, though; as a couple, they were believable and cute together. The second couple was adorable too. The SML turned out to be really toxic at the end. Well, I’ll be supporting their future projects.
Interesting drama, three women with different lives who work in the same kind of job as detectives. I like that, even though they’re already mature, they still show character growth. Being an adult doesn’t always mean being mature.
I was really curious about this drama, especially the acting of Rabin Angeles and Ethan David from Ang Mutya ng Section E, but the real surprise was the FL. She has charisma and portrayed her character very naturally.
There was too much unnecessary drama coming from Drake. To me, his character was a red flag, very immature. He knew he was hurting her with his silence and by constantly keeping secrets from her. He also knew that she would understand, but he still didn’t say anything… That was frustrating.
As for the other guy, the SML, he really deserved a chance with the FL, but no one can control feelings. I already read the novel, and honestly, I felt like Rabin was just reading his lines without really feeling or internalizing them. Still, I’ll continue supporting them in their next dramas. I’ll read book 2 just in case and before the nest season .
Why did they add the kiss with the 2FL? It felt completely unnecessary. The drama already had everything it needed. I’m upset—why end the story with this kind of development?
There were too many gaps in the plot. It felt like they wanted to develop the characters more, but they just didn’t have enough time.
