I mainly watched this show for Liu Tao because I became a massive fan of hers after Nirvana in Fire. Though she doesn't have many scenes, she steals the show whenever she appears on screen. I really enjoyed the first half of the show. I have to say, veteran actors are veterans for a reason. Though the premise of the show and the plots are intriguing, it didn't keep me glued to the screen in anticipation of the next move until the end, unlike Nirvana in Fire, etc.
