If any hesitation, just try it. I was skeptical as I am a big fan of 2014 version, plus fabulous OST, and there were a lot of controversy before premier. Oh boy, I was hooked immediately from the first episode of 2024, acting is unexpectedly good. The best way to describe it, I am not comparing versions but enjoying enhanced version of initial series. I won't be able to wait until all episodes are aired, I hate it - but now I am stuck with weekly released episodes.
That show is mesmerizing, director's work, acting, vibes. The start is so strong, if they manage to maintain tension till the end, the series will become at least No 1 bl drama.
What a gem! That is a incredible BL story, actors, music, directors works - all perfect. This is 9.5/10 for me, only because of some plot loops and unnecessary complications. Whereas SMLs' relationship is closer to bromance, MLs story and chemistry is a chef kiss, with one ML literally winning the heart of another. I am quite sure if this was streamed through major platforms, would be a hit. Enjoy! And personally the ending is good and not even sad, watch till the end!
What a gift, found the series by accident. I enjoyed it, it is well produced, warm story, which started as a comedy, then progressed as something more serious. I wasn't able to find all episodes, it is still worth it.
I have this feeling now, when I discovered an actor, immediately became a fan and so happy there so many works to watch. Also, watching Love mechanics just now - I love it, so if Im tired from uni series - probably due to poor acting, here - I cannot stop watching.
Came for a comedy and bl, finished with sobbing and wet eyes. Well produced work from Taiwan, just during 2 hours MLs showed significant personal growth.
I just enjoyed the series, well made, hilarious, very colourful. It's everything at once - sci fi, AI, romance, bromance, BL - if unrequited love can be still considered as such? It is also warm, with unexpected twists, I binge watched it without stop! S2 is just a continuation of S1.
Enjoyed a lot this short drama, light and fluffy! 7.5 for me - duration, potentially could be a good standard length drama, production - pretty actors, however it is obvious budget was very low. It is definitely bromance, BL - almost, if one - sided chemistry can be considered as such. I would recommend to watch as there is a good plot, development of characters, I was rooting for characters.
I enjoyed this drama, always happy to see Pond Phuwin, what a couple, also MLs for never let me go and fish upon the sky, what next?! I thought we don't need a new drama with college students - turned out I still like it. Plot is not original ngl, not planing to rewatch either. Why I liked it - MLs, minimum of toxicity, no exes or annoying girls, at times I was pleasantly confused - I couldn't even count how many MLs were in some scenes - 10? 11? 12? I never dropped series from the director, check his works - all hits.
I really liked this series, pace and plot. Unlike majority of short kbls, this one has longer episodes. Without actual kisses, chemistry was tangible between MLs. I sometimes caught myself on a thought it is more like jbls, which is a good thing, they are masters of genre. Korean dramas are good, but majority of kbls are like drafts/sketches, rather than complete works. This one is on the same level for me as eighth sense and where your eye linger. So, 9/10 for me and definitely to rewatch
7.5/10. I finished that, though tbh wanted to drop near 12 ep. I am ok with any genre, but on this occasion it was confusing. Obviously it is mainland China, so it is not a bl. But on iqiyi it sits between bls and bromances, that was misleading. Moreover, it has started as bl disguised as bromance, in the middle out of a blue ML started to date FL, then they abruptly broke like nothing's happened, and bromance restarted. Side couple after the half of the season became irrelevant to the plot, skipped . I wanted it to be a proper bromance, but it failed.
