I cannot believe I finished this drama to the end. The ending sucked!

Whaaaaaat. I'd be really surprised if that's how it ends (I didn't spoil for myself by reading that far ahead yet), because I swear in one of the episodes Mr. Mo was saying that Yuan Ling has the destiny to be emperor. It'd probably be better if he doesn't so he can go live with QC.

Oh I thought they helped him usurped the throne in both timelines. But you're right in the new timeline, they didn't know Ling was the previous emperor's son. From what I was watching, Mister Mo (the astronomy guy) said Ling's destiny was meant to be king in the current timeline.

I think that they have a pretty good amount up on DramaFever right now. I cancelled my account because I watched all their ancient Chinese Dramas, and then they added this on. i'm currently on episode 47, but I believe they have 50-52 up right now.

You would think it takes longer to sub into Vietnamese?? I wish I could read vietnamese :(

I always shut it off because it confused the heck out of me. They should do a recap insteady of a preview into the next episode. I always forget what's going on from switching around on so many dramas. lol.

I thought it was because the Mages promised to uphold the throne to the right candidate? I guess because they messed up and supported Yuan An (The currenty emperor that killed his brother) because the previous emperor fell in love with someone of the mages, so they wanted to "right their wrong" by supporting Yuan Ling.

Also wasn't it his birth right to be emperor?

Don't they release new episodes on Monday and Friday? I'm guessing because it's a brand new drama they need to subtitle. I wish I were multilingual too :( I used to wait fo dramas to be dubbed into Vietnamese. :(

Didn't this actress also play the crazy consort in 10 Miles of Peach Blossom?? LOL. I think all Dramas need that crazy side character that wants to be with the main leads so bad.

I have to wait for dubbing: Uuuuugh. I think later this week I'll be able to see the final episodes!

My first series watching as a kid. I loved Ah Yat (Anh Nhat) Roger Kwok's character, he's so handsome. Thinking back this series is probably cheesy now compared to the better graphics and costumes HK has, but this drama will forever be my favorite. I love the brotherly love between Yat and Yuet.

This drama is amazing, and features a WIDE cast of most of our favorite actors from the 80's

My favorites because this was one of the first versions I've watched. I love Andy Lau and Idy in this adaption.

One of my favorite actors from the 80's HK. And I wasn't even born when most of her dramas came out.

This is a great series. Michael Miu & Barbara Yung were such a great on-screen pair!

I tried to watch Part Two but I was not used to seeing her in modern outfits and roles. lol.
