I'm positive BL is not the Heavenly Emperor's son. Towards the end eps the emperor constantly refer to SF/XX as his son. Even I notoced the script was written to emphasize it. Like when he said "XX is my son of course I want to live" or when he said "XX my son you have "heaven's build" in you, are you sure you want to give that up and reincarnate 10 lifes..." but towards the end when BL stripped his power he told the HE that "if he can recultivate and by good karma and chance that he's able to be in the heaven realm again, he would want to learn and aid the heavenly emperor". For sure, BL have his own heaven's realm history, but he's definitely not the heavenly emperor's son.

Hi! I agree!!! I understand the angst of the fans seeing SF suffer, but Love is not get EVEN w suffering. Plus if XJ were to really suffer it would shatter SF's heart no less. He loves her unconditionally and everything he did was because he was willing to, not worth or not.

His planned failed bc SF is pretending to be it, so in the recent ep he was trying to cast a spell to absorb XJ's GOW powers. He wants to rule the 3 worlds LOL.
I would be so SO proud of the director if once XJ remembers everything, regains control of all her power and becomes super protective of SF, TELL OFF HER FATHER AND ALL THE "righteous" sects of what hypocrites they are, and criticize LL for what she said about demons. That is her redemption. And that would satisfy the angst and unjust in the audience's hearts. It's her turn to protect SF once she's GOW again w all the memories.

LG found out about LQ indirectly killing dad and brother. Brings her to their altar. ZJ slaps her. Mom tries to intervene. Uncle helper drags her away. They decide to bring her to the crimes judge guy. LQ is unapologetic and tries to kill LG (LOL). OBVI LG wins and kills her in front of her dad and brother altar.
I was kinda upset with how anti-climatic? her death was. I agree with a previous commenter that ZJ should've killed her instead. Or AT LEAST TORTURE AND slap her a few more times.
IMO, this show could've been one worth rewatching if they had spare the eldest brother from being killed and allowed the three siblings to get revenge for their father. I'm not sure if the ultimate villain is ZJ's father, but if it is... it would have been satisfying if ZJ and eldest bro found out the truth and she cuts off her father to be with the Shen Family forever.
I am just so discouraged from finishing the show, it lost the excitement and substance. They really didn't need to kill off both the brother and dad PERIODT.
