Oh I completely agree, my heart broke for Luohou Jidu too. What happened to him was just terrible, but his character was so tastefully written into the drama. Gosh such good scriptwriting.

I agree. You don't see him struggle to lift her or it isn't as obvious. The wire work was a bit much and a little over the top at times, but it's still a beautiful drama nonetheless.
