i just finished reading the novel for this and it made me realize how many scenes the series had skipped which made it look like the series was rushed and it also made it appear that the leads didn't have much chemistry. the series glossed over the events in the novel that could've shown us how kanou and ogami slowly developed their feelings for each other.
definitely the series should have at least 1 more episode but nonetheless, the series did stick to the original story. i highly highly recommend reading the novel then watch the series afterwards.
even so, i still love love the series especially the actors! i love that they didn't use the typical over reactive style of acting which made everything look natural.
as a sucker for office drama bl, i would give this an 8.7/10
