Counting the 3rd season there’s a match, but only the first season it’s only Sabu and Dongju screaming and tossing punches all the time, aside from that director playing the villain with no reason to be mean, only spending time trying to mess with Sabu and the hospital

best season with a wide gap, they finally fixed the political inconsistency and baseless villain issue, focused more on medical practice and gave a better pov of patients throughout the clinic cases, hoping for a 4th season for sure

watching this after watching hospital playlist just shows how good hospital playlist was 😭
