Thanks so much usagi for answering! I am glad I am not missing anything too important. I have not gotten back to watching this drama, but I might one day. Hopefully, I can get back to it with fresh eyes!! Again thanks for replying!
No offense to anyone. I am just really curious. I had high expectation before starting this drama because of its great review, and I watched all the way up to episode 4. However, I have yet to seen what makes this drama really great as many people said. I found the actors/actress to be amazing and fun to watch, but I somehow feel that the story is lacking. It is hard to pinpoint it, but I think it has to do with me not understanding what is going on in most of the characters' head. I don't really understand Hyuga's character. He seems all about innovation and doing things that are interesting, but he seems awfully close-minded a lot of the times, shutting down ideas and people really quickly. This next part might be a spoiler for some people. I was really confused by Natsui in this first 4 episodes. I thought she might have had something planned because she obviously knew Hyuga before, but there doesn't seem to be anything to it. So, my question is, is the only reason Natsui tried to get attention from Hyuga in the first episode is because she felt guilty for not telling him what she knew about his mother long time ago. And, another question is that Natsui seems like she is attracted to Hyuga in ep 4, but I still don't see any reasons why she would be???? I went through the first 4 eps really quickly, but the only thing I saw was the scene when Hyuga went to Toudai to return her shoes and rehire her. However, that reasoning sounds so weak as it is the shoes he should have returned anyway. Also, Natsui's focus which used to be overwhelmingly to find job seem to be shifted away in favor of "being useful" to Hyuga. I can't say I am not disappointed by that, but I could understand as it is an Asian drama. But, if anyone knows a different reason for the shift of attention, that would be great. I thought it was somewhere along the line of the fact that she got accepted in an interview that she constantly failed by just working a bit for Hyuga and she could have thought that he changed her for better, but I have yet to find "how" she became better which allowed her to pass an interview and "how" Hyuga took part in that character development.
I really want to enjoy this drama, but I am having hard time understanding it. I hope someone can help me doing so. Also, considering what I thought about the drama, should i keep watching?? Is it going to get better toward the end?
Thank you everyone who spent time reading my questions, and extra thanks to anyone who answer!!
