Wang Shou only did it because Chi Cheng kept calling out Guo Cheng Yu's name he felt betrayed. He thinks that they loved each other which he isn't wrong. I feel like they do but more so as a brother best friend type of love. He's Jealous pretty much because he feels like he can't have his heart fully. Wong Shou clearly shows he still has feelings for chi cheng.
