I think so, if you're not opposed to age gap romances (9 years in drama but 19 years real life), which people do complain a lot about. I dont think its a bother, Michelle Chen is so pretty, she pulls it off very well 😊

suppose Esther Yu. I attempted to watxh some of her dramas because of the hype, but struggled, so I dont think i will be warxhing this. won't rate it either though as I cannot give opinion on something im not going to watxh. I came just to check what the overall feel about it before I give it a go or not, but I think id pass and carry on watching Sniper Butterfly 😄

I thought he was born in US but brought up in Beijing pretty much like Chen Feyu (though he did study in the US for a while), so though they had US citizenship, they are more Chinese.

you mention Loves Ambition on the same page with this monstrosity? huh 🤔 my current biggest surprise is Sniper Butterfly. its so good. give that a go if you dont mind age gap romance. there is certainly romance in that one. or Dynamite kiss for that matter

Ive caught up on what's available on Wetv (ep16) and so surprised that I dont see many comments about the second couple. as much as I enjoy the main couple (their age difference is totally not a problem in my eyes), I wish second couple had more time, theyre cute. I really want to see where they develop but they hardly ever on screen 😕 anyway, other than that, its the surprise drama of the year for me, something like Blossom was at the end of 2024.

I dont think its a bother at all. she does not look her age and beautiful. even with their actual age gap, couples can work. why is no one betting an eyelid on Leonado di capios ladies but this is such a big issue. its beyond me. Shim Mina and her 17 years younger husband looks perfectly happy together. give it a go, it really isn't a problem when you watch it.

defo watch 1 dollar lawyer, such a gem! awww did we all just not love his mum? the pretend fainting and all the rest. she was shining. (i do find her very beautiful as well, glad shes getting better) cannot wait for the mums to live together.

I don't follow. what's wrong with that? the story can be full of tropes and it literally can be the same as many others, but the execution in this drama pulls it to another level. their chemistry is amazing and the comedic timing is perfect. It is a rom com. > would not expect incredible story line and character development simply as this is there to entertain. Am i entertained? yeah. do I care about the recycled plot (I dont actually know any where FL pretends to be married with child)? no, not really. it gives what it promises and i think it does it really well. Whether SeonWoo is a bit much or not thats a separate question, also they kind of pushed it to the absolute limit to reveal she is not married, but I am honestly not bothered, cannot wait for the next episode to air.

the haircut looks like something a 5 year old could produce, it is very uneven and does look bad. let's hope her short hair was done by an actual hairdresser 😄

ok, so I'm confused. based on ep 9-10, the crown prince was nowhere near a prince. how did he become one? also, how did they resurrect? did I miss something? who is the new highness with the white hair? hes the overall emperor?

Agree. I feel like he likes the sense of belonging to their family as it seems he has no one else but his son. hopefully he realises soon that just because the dynamics change he will not get discarded and they still take him as family.

agreed. also liked when SFL made friends with Jun, i think it defo would have been better if they just stuck to that storyline, but im not that bothered about his behaviour now either. trusting the process

I am also on 31, just finished but ill watch the remaining 4 episodes on 3x speed. I just put so much effort into it, however bad it is, I cannot now not watxh the last 4....
