the actors were superb, but the overall movie is fine? like it had its moments, but it's not anything i'm going to remember for the next 10 years... next 24 hours at max. if you have about 2 hours to waste and aren't bothered by the bad sub (which is only available by the time i make this comment), then go right on ahead and enjoy some devil punching priests

ah shit here we go again with another being overweight = ugly and having to be pretty to live drama
can’t even get past the first 15 minutes and i already know this is gonna be a shit show

she’s apparently the go-to girl for the foreigner girl role lmao. checked her list on here and i’ve seen just about everything one of those. may she be the not-so-fortunate charm of telling a drama is really good or not.

Don’t know why the rating is so low, but the show is very interesting! I also questioned it and went ahead and watched the first episode, now I’m completely hooked!

that seems a little too smart for the drama. the drama is entirely on the nose and doesn’t have any vague symbolism you HAVE to think about on your own, IMO

The ending wasn’t even that satisfying to make up for those shitty 39 episodes. First few episodes trick you into thinking this is going to be the slow burn of the century, but all it is is just mediocre acting (kang in wook was the only convincing person here) and deep tumblr quotes from 2013. Don’t recommend unless you really love torturing yourself.

I don’t have an ounce of memory of this drama, so I can’t really tell you anything. I just know this drama is not worth your time.

i mean it’s not 100% confirmed that they’re BLOOD RELATED siblings. i haven’t watched the original drama of this and the complete ending of it, so who knows what this version will do. if anything, since sk is as yknow..... loud about incest some manga and anime series are, jin kang is merely an adopted sister.

it’s... okay? like that’s the only reason why i kept on going on w the series but it’s not worth it. it’s all over the place with the second male lead and it gets annoying after the same loophole of plot for 30 whole episodes !
