Such a wonderful drama! Hopefully a second season or special is in the making or planned, definitely set up for one! Glad to see my girlie smile after a long time of struggle :'-)
Obviously low budget and not the greatest acting skills, though I have never seen any of this cast in anything else so I don't know the expectations for them. Literally screams stereotypical shoujo school life manga and isn't that interesting. It tries to be many things at once and can't pull a single one of them off. Dropped after ep 2.
Amazing drama so far, definitely reminds me of Yakuza 0 and its cabaret club subplot. Even though I'm only 2 episodes in, I really recommend watching this series!!

But I don't really need to worry about missing anything bc you know how dramas are. Calm down buddy. I was talking to the other person in the first place. I only fast forward when it's unnecessary side plot that's with business since I don't care for that part really or it's a cheesy scene I'd rather not watch. I give my bad ratings when I feel like the drama is bad, my own opinion, that's all lol.

To me he wasn't super impactful to the story besides him helping Hye Jung and so on. He's not a main character and I honestly didn't know who he was for a bit, prob from me skipping a lot. But you really don't need to get so rude about it lol

They're already grasping straws to drag out unnecessary plots and could easily finish the series within episode 7 without the car accident/potential not important character's death. So I'm just going to believe they have a happy ending and ignore all sub-plots /o/

He's an underdeveloped character that I had no emotional attachments to, so that's why I called him "not important."
I liked the drama at first, but with the problematic relationship and drug out sub plots it ain't good. I'll check it out later when it's finished and read the recaps.
I can see myself dropping this series at some point but I'm just intrigued by Shin Hye's new acting role. I never liked her acting before for some reason, but her acting in this one has been helping me stay in this drama. The couple in this is very awkward if you look at it in a different way. A student-teacher relationship isn't something that should be made, and this is trying to make it seem right by time skipping several years. Cheesy drama, yes. Original? No. But I can see this as someone's starter drama if they're into romance and don't mind some medical stuff. This drama could've gone onto a way better path, but it's a meh for me!

If you really want a closing for the last few seconds of the drama, or still question if Simon actually has another personality/Allen exists, I really suggest reading the book the drama adapted from. Though, the book does involve Jian Yao and Bo Jin Yan even more romantically... up to the point to be rated 18+
