Thanks for making me laugh Joonie, many of your comments ring true with me too. I have been a fan of Korean and Chinese dramas and movies for many years now before the K wave became such a big thing. There are cliches which people can crave for a bit and move on, but also very good plots which I cannot find in Western dramas/movies. Not saying they are all good but there is a variety and some with very good plot development which gets me to think and not just stare at the screen. I have also discovered in past 4 years Thai and Japanese dramas I am not as much into them but some good ones. A few Chinese and Korean dramas and movies which have stuck with me are Healer, A moment to Remember, It's okay that's love, Love Designer, Ode to Joy, Love me if you dare. Some light hearted dramas have stuck with me because they have made me laugh like seducing Mr Perfect, Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, Legend of the blue sea. Actually I love Jun Ji-hyun she is great.

I am not usually interested in Thai dramas but I watched Waen Dok Mai (Will you marry me) with Push Puttichai and Mahapreukpong Ariigantha, I absolutely loved it, lots of humour and none of the silly/behaving weak and stupidly women. Very entertaining. I then watched I wanna be suptar with the same main actors but didn't like it as much.
