Can anyone tell me what the song name and artist is for the very slow, haunting song in this ost? It has English lyrics where the singer sings about counting down from 10 to 1.

I love it so much too! As far as your question about ratings, there was at least one troll on Asianwiki because the ratings went from in the 80's to the 50's in a matter of minutes. Super unfortunate. But at least some people are realizing it because I've read numerous comments there asking what that's about.
