Nostalgic to the Very End
Not even being Korean, I am able to sympathize with the nostalgia of Reply 1988. The story is a sweet reminder of a slower time when you lived for hanging out with the neighborhood kids. I loved how I was able to learn about some pop culture and world events in Korea through this story as well. The acting was wonderful and really believable. I was truly invested by episode 3. I highly recommend this slice of life drama to anyone who needs a walk down memory lane - the nostalgia truly does cross cultural borders.Was this review helpful to you?
