I gave it a try after seeing the teaser because Afterlife/Fantasy drama are usually my cup of tea! Hotel Del Luna, Uncanny Counter, Taxi Driver, Mystic Pop-up Bar are among my fav dramas. Firstly, it’s nice to see Rowoon in a different role, it fits him well he is a funny character ! The two first episodes were good! The theme is a sensitive one and from the 2 episodes, the method of Goo Ryun was indeed quite questionable I’m not convinced that it’s how it should be done but with the drama with this type of character I can see the character development they are trying to build (similar to Mystic Pop-up Bar). Episode 2 definitely reminds me some scene from Taxi driver that make your blood boil of anger, it’s difficult to watch and if Taxi driver had the most satisfying revenge ever, revenge isn’t the main in this drama, it’s about the person suffering. Also the actress playing Noh Eun Bi here is the same who played Maria in Taxi Driver, somehow she end up playing a character who is suffering in both. But what I like in this kind of drama is the teamwork of the crisis management team, fantasy part and the resolving problems, I hope I can enjoy these elements in this drama, it was a nice start! Looking forward to next week episodes!
It was such a good and interesting drama! Really enjoy it! Suda Masaki was perfect in his role, I can't imagine someone else than him in Totono's role! I can't wait for S2 because there is definitely more adventure and stories waiting us!
Just saw the teaser and it definitely sounds like my cup of tea! reminds me uncanny counter/mystic pop-up bar/hotel del luna which are drama that I loved! Fantastic/After life drama are so fun to watch, definitely gonna give a try to this one! and also a different kind of role for Rowoon which is nice! I'm looking forward it!
I swear this drama is so good! I really enjoy it! can't wait to watch the last episode and great to hear we got an other season! definitely more mystery around Totonou are coming and I'm here for it!
the way they actually talked about what they like or don't in their new life living together, their relationship is surprisingly healthy! It's nice to see a couple simply taking time to understand each other like that
the way the tsundere rich ceo is always the one falling in love first with the female lead and pretend he doesn't…
also glad that the misunderstanding and fake identity is ending now after the episode 5 and they didn't drag it for too long! looking forward what is coming from now on lol
the way the tsundere rich ceo is always the one falling in love first with the female lead and pretend he doesn't care but actually run for his life when the girl is having a problem. 1000% cliché and cheesy scenes and that's why I love it haha
I just wanted to watch one episode today but end up catching the 4 episodes lol I was completely into it! this is such a cliché drama but done really well, all the cheesy and romcom cliché are here but it works really well and probably why we can enjoy it that much! It's so fun and I love so much Kim Se Jeong in this! Ahn Hyo Seop is also great in the typical tsundere rich ceo. It has a similar comedy/romance vibes as My Roommate is a gumiho which I really liked too!
just watched episode 5 ! I won't lie, at first I was skeptical with this drama. The whole smell fetish and those sniffing scenes are kind of weird and odd and Natori is sometimes creepy (definitely would call the police if someone obsession is sniffing you like that haha) I sometimes wonder what I'm watching with some scenes lol but their relationship is actually cute and funny, Asako is also cute. and the development is nice. I don't know if the second half will be good too, but let's see! Thank you DonSubbers for the subs !
it was such a nice drama! an unusual, warm and sweet friendship! Kotaro is so adorable, and really enjoy his relation…
the only minus point is the violence theme. He is a child so the way he interpreted his father being violent and his mother leaving is because he isn't good enough, not strong enough and not loved was sad and frustrating. But yeah at this age he probably doesn't really understand what is going on and can't blame the father. But I wish the drama was more severe about this part, like there is no reason for Kotaro to want to live with an abusive father...I just couldn't understand this way of thinking, but once again, like I said a 5 years old child probably can't understand that the father is the one wrong and not him. Also the situation with Mizuki's abusive boyfriend. I completely understand that leaving was the safest thing for her, but I was kind of frustrated how the victim is the one running away, and in such a rush, but sadly it's a reality.
it was such a nice drama! an unusual, warm and sweet friendship! Kotaro is so adorable, and really enjoy his relation with his neighborhood! it was short and easy to watch!
just watched 3 episodes of it and I love it so much! Kotaro is so freaking adorable I love him so much! I wanted something lighthearted and easy to watch and it's perfect because the episode are short and the story both warm and nice!
the two first episodes were pretty good and enjoyable! always here for a drama with Nam Joo Hyuk *heart eyes emoji* and it's my first time watching something with Kim Tae Ri, Hee Do fits her well! Also happy to see Choi Hyun Wook again after racket boys which I loved! yeah, this drama has good ingredient to make it nice! the reply series vibes is without a doubt strong!
muchaburi is really typical work rom-com and love triangle nothing special about it, but since I love Takahata Mitsuki and Hinako's character here is cute and funny, it's enough to keep me watching so far
Kunou is such an unique and interesting character, it perfectly fits Suda Masaki! Just watched the 5 episodes straight and I'm really enjoying the pace and how the drama is going with the case.
Finally finished it and Avalanche is such a high quality drama. The brilliant casting, the amazing cinematography, the plot about revenge and justice, how the tension and thrill gets better every episode and the perfect realization of the drama. Definitely top tier drama of autumn 2021 season!
currently catching up 'all of us are dead' (half into it) and one thing for sure is that they are trying too hard! I'm always in for zombie drama but so far I see a lot of let down points. Even more since it's released just after the amazing zombie drama 'happiness' which was the real deal!
